I love this in my morning coffee. I actually bought some nice organic fresh milk a few months back, but didnt notice any improvement from this powder. This melts right into my morning brew, and with 4 choco chips, and some hazelnut paste, makes a wonderful warm beverage.

Our family has loved having this milk powder on hand - we regularly use it for protein pancakes!! Grateful that it is organic and worth having available in your pantry! I would recommend getting a storage container for it or keeping it in another bag as it definitely is powdery and can get all over if not stored properly!

Tastes like milk. Not exactly like fresh milk, but this is darn close. I can mix some and use it in a cup of Earl Gray tea if I run out milk. And it is the best tasting for making yogurt (primary reason I keep it around.)

I prefer the whole full fat dry milk. Best is fresh liquid milk, but I need non-fat to lose weight to heal a foot injury. And so I am not hauling, lifting gallons of liquid milk from the store every 2 days.This milk powder is finer, less 'fluff, air' in it. Seems to fit more milk into the 5 lb. bad. And is organic - just milk.Only problem is; it won't fully melt into liquid in cold water (or, I am using 'too much' at one time in a small cup?). Using hot boiled water melts it, but don't put too much in the container or it will still come out with some clumps. Still worth the work because its organic. .All dry milk taste sweet. Must be the drying process. Want to find one with no sweetness = lose more weight!UPDATE; 4 star because every time I try to heat it so it turns to liquid; it burns on the bottom of the pan and quickly.
