Frankly, I used this in conjunction with other dried herbs to make a calcium blend, so I dont know how it stands by itself. But the herbs smelled fresh when I opened the package, and I am pleased with the way my recipe turned outit has been very helpful to me.

The only thing I did not like too much is the packaging. Very thin. 1 of my bags got a hole in it. Lost very little herb but also wonder if something could get in? I would like plastic ao thick padded paper or mylar packaging better. One company vacuum seals their herbs in plastic thats fairly thick. No problems. I just prefer Frontier herbs. Packaging needs improvement

Good to smoke in the pipe, great tea, I have shared this with my friends and family. The ones that smoke have enjoyed this in their pipe we like to smoke it and drink the tea in the evening before bed and I have to admit it's very relaxing

When communed with a few other ingredients this makes a nice beneficial tea with a nice earthy flavor. I drink a cup every night before going to bed.
