I installed this on a pocket door. There isn't really any good weatherproofing for a pocket door, so this isn't ideal, but it functions as a door sweep. I pushed the screws into the door while screwing with a normal hand screwdriver, and I got it screwed in.

It fit my 36 inch steel garage door perfectly. I went ahead and bought 8x1/2 inch sheet metal screws to attach, since the included screws are for wood.. Fits and works perfectly!

Our carpenter installed this on the bottom front of a vinyl screen door. The white matches the white of the door. Covered the gap and now no bugs can sneak in. Satisfied.

I have to replace my existing strip due to wear, this one is a step above. the strip was easy to install and really works. My yards guys always seems to get grass from mowing onto my porch and this reduces that significantly!

The rubber strip on the bottom is nice and flexible, and seems durable. Sealed the bottom of my screen door nicely, no more uninvited critters on my lanai.

I like the door sweep itself but it came with screws for a wood door instead of a metal door. That would have been good to know.

Worms were crawling under a basement exterior door. Ugh! Best remedy would have been a new gasket at the bottom of the door. But so much trouble. This sweep fixed the problem and was a much faster install. Sturdy, attractive -- expect it to last a decade.

We have french doors that existed prior to hardwood and were cut for carpet. This sweep filled the gap and helped reduce the sound.I bought the 36 knowing I would have to cut it down. I ended up using my dremel with a cutoff wheel, then a razor on the rubber sweep. If you're careful, it works just fine. I cut the ends that are close to the jamb with the hinges and you can't tell it was cut.I don't have a need for more, but if I did, I'd prob get this one again.

Its pretty straightforward. It is the same width as stated however I had to cut a little piece off because my door trim was a little too thick. That's ok, I got to try something new on my Dremel. lol

I have two 36 doors to my screened patio. Both doors have gaps underneath which are big enough to let in anoles. The existing door sweep on the screen doors were ripped and bent so I purchased these to replace them. As you can see in one of the pictures I had to use a pair of scissors and trim the rubber piece on one of them. I cut an angle on on one of them because the bottom edge of the door was not parallel to the paver. After trimming I drilled new holes for the screws and bolted it onto the door with provided screws. The old screw holes from the original door sweep did not match up to this one so I had to make new ones. The other door sweep bolted on without any trimming and went on even faster. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality and look of the product.

I had to use this to close the gap of our security gate and it was soooo easy to install. Took me 5 minutes, drilled holes, screwed it on and problem solved! Happy with this product
