Inexpensive and easy to put together. Seems like decent quality. Only reservations are that it wobbles if my hands are any further back than 1 from the front of the handle pad - not off the front of the pad so there is more room to move forward if you feel like you need it. If you tried to do a dip only grabbing the end I bet you'd come crashing down. 180lbs btw, well within the spec of this thing. Also, slow and steady would be advised due to the rocking around...a longer base would make me more confident.

Quick assembly (under 10 minutes). Sturdy. I use this daily (I'm 200 pounds). An excellent choice.

This piece of equipment his very sturdy aesthetically pleasing and versatile as well. it is also compact. I can fit in my living room GYM/REHAB area. i only wish that the manufacturer would have provided better assembly instructions.

Very stable and good hand support. No nagging pain in hands from stiff handles like the ones I've used in the past. The handles are cushioned just enough to support your grip and doesn't cause any pain or pressure in hands. The handles are slightly angled and it makes it easier to feel in the chest. Very light and easy to move around. Very convenient to have at home.

I had this put together in 10 minutes (using an impact driver) and was impressed with the solidness of the unit. I used to have a pull-up/dip/push up station in the past but I like this much better for chest and tricep workouts. The dip bars are angled so you can fine tune your workouts compared to bars that are parallel (also for your body size). The drop rings are awesome. I've always wanted to find a way to mount a pair but they just don't appeal aesthetically inside a house. The foot print isn't bad and you can potentially slide the base under another piece of furniture when not in use.

So it does the job, and it does it well. However, if you are a guy who needs to also add a weight belt for doing dips, you might wanna go to the more expensive one (I know they have several options). It will twist a bit, but as long as your floor is flat, it won't twist while you are doing the exercises. Also the padding is a bit thin, so if you are new to doing dips n such, you might want to put on some lightly padded weight lifting gloves, or drape a towel over them to provide a little extra padding. If you are more experienced, then I notice it's fine as is.Good product, I would recommend it to the right people

This Fuel Dip Station is pretty nice. Solidly built with no wobbling and it looks impressive. I took my time and put it together by myself in about 40 minutes. It comes with a 6mm hex tool but you really need an adjustable wrench as well. The foam grip is underwhelming and not very thick so I plan to get some 3mm thick handlebar tape to replace it with. It also comes with an exercise chart with plenty of exercises to get you going.

The bases were rusty and instructions are pretty bad, not that there is much to it. Seems sturdy enough though. Will need your own wrench to tighten screws.

It only weighs 18 lbs or so. Doesn't come with instructions. I used the other reviewer's pic to build it. The blue angles go on the outside. It took me about 20 mins. There is no give, squeaking, nada.Edit: I removed the blue cushion and added a $10 bat grip to each. Much better. It allows me to dip deeper. If you have boney hands like mine it helps a lot!FYI you're going to need an adjustable wrench.I've already done 4-5 sets and it feels solid. I might buy some padding/grips for the legs -- but it's not needed. I did purchase silicone handle wrap for the handle since the blue material is pretty thin and doesn't add much padding. The distance between bars is perfect. I measured 19 apart at the mid point of the bars. The bars aren't parallel -- they diverge outward which is what you want imo. This allows you to widen your shoulders increase difficulty.I'm 5'9, 175.
