Fit perfect. I am 5 11 and currently about 250. It was not tight and the length was at the top of my shoes. Wore it on stage, my band loved it.

It is not high fashion but it is what is suppose to be a a costume. A good deal for the price. Fits as described. There is no hem on the bottom so it is easy to shorten with a pair of scissors.
