Mission:Since 1874, the Ursuline Sisters of Youngstown have responded together to the most critical needs of God’s people in northeast Ohio. We are Catholic nuns who live the Gospel and adapt our ministries to meet the times. Our ministries include The Ursuline Preschool and Kindergarten, Beatitude House, Ursuline Sisters’ HIV/AIDS Ministry , Young Adult Outreach Ministry, The Ursuline Center and Ursuline Sisters Senior Living. We also minister as social workers, healthcare chaplains, in area parishes and in prayer. Our ministries are rooted in the charism of our founder, St. Angela Merici. Our lives are enriched through prayer, community and service to others. Our mission is to bring our spirit, vision and presence to northeast Ohio for generations to come.
