Mission:The Turtle Foundation's mission is the worldwide protection of sea turtles and their habitats. We focus on protecting nesting beaches from egg poaching and the slaughter of female turtles as they come ashore to nest. We also work with local youth and communities to find strategies that benefit both the communities and the turtles.
