Mission:The COLLAR TO HALTER FOREVER HOME SANCTUARY, INC. is aware of the many challenges facing the placement of older animals or animals with certain medical conditions in homes. The purpose of this SANCTUARY is to provide a “Forever Home” to equine and canine that have been deemed “unadoptable” due to age or medical conditions. Acceptance of animals will be on a case by case basis as determined by a majority vote of the board of directors.
