They worked perfectly for our play The Seagull. They scuff very easily and must be broken in (caused blisters in the beginning). But other than that great shoes.

Super cute and the fit is as expected but no grips on bottom. Definitely add on anti-slip shoe grips to your order.

I like the old fashion style of these, with a modern touch. Cute.....

Yes, they were a little large but I ordered up (typically 8 1/2). They were looser than some 9s but it was okay because of the tie. Perfect for Mary Poppins but not sure what I'll do with them now, and the rest of the Mary Poppins gear.

They were too big so I returned them but they would have been perfect for my Victorian costume. I wear a 7 1/2, the 8 was just too large for my comfort. They were beautiful and looked well made.

My usual size is 7 and sometimes a 6.5, with a normal width, so I thought I was safe with ordering a 7 for this Victorian shoe. Maybe because it has a pointier toe than what I am use to, the top half of my feet are very scrunched. I love this shoe though, and am looking forward to wearing it with my 1912 dress, but the jury is still out on whether these shoes will make it through the entire evening!

Really cute and the style I was looking for. I was hoping to get them in all the colors and this was a trial pair, but they ran VERY tight. I'm usually a solid medium width, but these were tight across the ball of the foot/instep. They would probably fit someone more on the narrower side of medium.

A little narrow in the toe, but I expect the pleather will stretch quickly with wear. Sole is very thin and gives little to no support at the ball of your foot. Good enough for the price, though.

The back of the shoe rubs a little high on my ankle. I am going to put insoles into the shoe to lift my foot just a bit. That should solve that problem. After that is fixed, these will be super cute and unique.

sits a little too high at the ankle so it chafes a bit there, but other than that very nice

Cure for a costume but not everyday wear. Fair quality for the price. Sizes run large.

Super fun to wear. Comfortable and easy to dance in. Manmade materials, but you do get what you pay for.

Fit as expected. Styling looked a lot like the photo, but I didn't like them in person as much I had hoped. These are very good for costume quality and would be a great purchase for a cosplay, Halloween costume, and even maybe some theatre if you weren't expecting the shoes to be the star or to hold up through a lot of plays over the years.<br />I personally was actually looking for something a little more beautiful, that I could wear to dress up or for work. I'm also a snob about wearing real leather shoes (these are not, but the material appears to be decent quality). I returned these and bought the ones I really wanted (at 5 or 6 times the price) from a reproduction footwear company American Duchess that is great for high quality film, theatre, dance, and reenactments. These shoes actually appear to be a direct lift from one of their Edwardian/20s era styles.

When buying pointy toed shoes, I always buy a half-size to a size larger, as my feet are naturally wide and I have squared off toes. I have found out the hard way in the past that I need the extra room in the front, as pointy shoes are a written invitation to develop bunions, as they pinch my toes in. After trying these on for size, I feel there is a little too much room in the front. When walking, my feet slide back and forth in the shoes slightly. This isn't really the fault of the company or the manufacturer, as it is hard to know if something fits if you can't try it on before you buy it. However, I bought a 9, only because half sizes were not offered.

Fit great. Look fantastic. Will need some stick on grips, the sole has no traction
