Purchased these for my mother who has dementia and was no longer able to dial an outgoing phone call. Now all she has to do is push the photo of the person that she wants to call. Highly recommend!

Fantastic for loved ones with dementia in the early and mid stages. This is great, make sure to use pictures that the person needing this phone will recognize. Easiest way to be sure your loved one can reach who they need to. You can also turn off the ringer on this phone and you can make it so you dont need to push anything except the photo button to call out.

liked that we added names to the numbers instead of picsmom dislikes the coil cord bc it ties upso we bought the straight one 25 lengthIt doesn't have caller IDThat would be cool.

I like the idea of the phone my mom is able to use it and she does have Alzheimer's.The buttons are large and it's easy to see. It is cheaply made and will break easily.But it is good for the price. The more expensive ones are better if this is good for short use. I don't expect my mom will be able to use it very long because of her Alzheimer's but for now it's working just fine thank you

I knew all the other types of phone people had tried for my sister would not be the answer! She got upset and frustrated. I searched, and found this one, which is exactly what my common sense was telling me, she needed.I'm delighted to say that at last, she has something she can actually use, and it's such a relief to know she can keep in touch without getting all confused and upset.

My mom n law has dementia/Alzheimer's disease and has lost the ability to use a phone. With this all she has to do is push one button and it dials the number. High recommend

I purchased this for a relative who is in a nursing home following a stroke and who would never be able to manage the more complicated and much more expensive phones they market to seniors with various forms of dementia, but who needs the autonomy/security of being able to reach out to family. This phone easily replaced the facility's landline, and my relative was easily able to understand how to use it; and it's terrific that you can program the 911 button to something else (like your own phone number) so that it can't be dialed by accident. I'm really grateful for this inexpensive fix to a complex problem! The only thing I would advise buyers is to be careful to notice (as I at first did not) that the clear plastic sheet of covers for the number buttons lines up exactly with the buttons on the phone and they are actually different shapes -- it matters, in other words, which cover goes where. That took some re-doing on my part after I messed it up at first.

I bought this for my Mom. She has Dementia. She can hear very well all conversations with this phone. The easy one button push works great too!

Bought model FC-1007 which worked only for a few days. I tried to contact someone via the website but couldn't. Tried the phone number and (eventually) was told to return phone for repair. Mailed the phone (my cost). It was returned to me in a poorly constructed package and only worked for a few more days! Actually, when we try a programmed number, it calls a different number! I'm done with this company, their bad product and poor customer service. DO NOT BUY from them! If I find something else that works well I will try to leave that info for you here.

I had to read the directions a few times to program the spots. So took a little bit time to set up. However it works and best thing is my mother can use it. I feel better knowing that she can contact me when she wants too. I live an hour away from the nursing home. So this gives me comfort.

Good build, audio quality I felt was slightly lacking but adequate. Tech Support was excellent when I called. Read instructions carefully when setting up.

Had a hard time setting up the first time but phone was defective. They sent a second one immediately and it worked great and was easy to set up. Easy for my mother in law to use!
