Purchased 2 of these for a gift. When they opened the boxes, they loved the chairs! Took them straight out and began using them. Great addition to their camping gear.

During inspection of the product after arriving, I discovered that the binding on the seatback was not properly sown and was detached from thesubstrate material.The company has not as yet "stepped up"Save yourself some money and look elsewhere!

Product was easy to set up, just pulled out of the box and unfolded the chair for it to open and sit in place. The rocking feature is so nice. The seat part seems sturdy- you actually sit on the chair not down in it like some of the cheaper folding chairs. The handle makes it easier to carry, it does have some weight to it for sure. I haven't tested out the cup holder yet but it seems a little small and flimsy so I doubt I'll use it much.

I have a bad back, and I have a hard time standing from chairs, this one is comfortable easy to use and easy to stand up, when done sitting.

I received this chair as a Christmas gift, and I fell in love with it instantly when I first sat down in it. The rocking action was perfect. It was smooth and steady, and the chair didn't move.Then, for whatever reason, it sounded like a spring broke in one of the arms. That's when the rocking got clunky, and the chair stopped being such a dream.I finally broke down and wrote the company to see if they could sell me a replacement arm because after taking it apart, it was evident that the spring inside had broken.I got a reply within the next couple of days. They told me that although they didn't sell replacement parts, I could claim a warranty. So that's what I did, and within another couple of days, it was approved!I'm happy to say that they're sending me a brand new chair, and it should be here soon!I am so excited because this chair is absolutely amazing. Truly, I was ready to buy another one. It's that wonderful!
