neck size too large for a cat or chihuahua size dog!

Update! Hadn't tried tie on my dog when I wrote 1st comment. Not only do colors not match ad, duplicate colors, 2 identical Valentines ties (no holiday ties in ad), received 9 ties instead of 10, but it's HORRIBLE workmanship! Tried to return - seller wanted photos of reason for return. Then wanted me to pay shipping back to China - would cost more than purchase price of ties! Couple years ago I bought 1 tie for my dog thru a different online site and obviously a different seller. It is high quality, durable and very cute. However, these are knock-offs with seams inside out, not enough fabric to hold the tie on the neck,etc. so they are not usable. Also, not returnable based on their policy of paying shipping to China .... and the replacement would likely be same poor quality. JUNK! AVOID!! (NOTE: this is the first time I've ever given a 1 star rating on anything)

They state a variety pack. I received 8 that were the same fabric and the remaining 2 were also out of a different but same fabric- so 10 ties, 2 fabrics. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The material doesn't even look like tie material. 8 were black with tiny red hearts and the remaining 2 were a weird gold with a random geometric pattern that only was visible on a small portion of the tie. Very disappointing since we are using these in photo shoots for our rescue dogs. Total waste of money
