"I've placed several hundred dollars worth of orders for (advertised size 4" X 6") YMG-10015 sweatbands.

They continue to 'accidentally ' send us the YMG 10037 (advertised size 3.15" X 6") which is smaller & cheaper for them. Our company can make 4 of our products from the 4X6 bands but can only make 2 of our products from the smaller sized bands they send. We've had to use what they've sent due to our own order deadlines.

Open Tip offers has offered meager discounts and don't really believe they can make mistakes. It also appears Open Tip doesn't care for inaccuracy of orders.

Bottom line, accuracy and great customer service are needed here... Buyer beware"
