I really like this belt. It is smaller than expected but still fits nice, I got a 3x. It's pretty stretchy but also has the little straps that tighten it. Hoping it also helps with my lower back pain but so far so good :)

I love this slimmer belt.This belt fits securely and easily with no slipping.The velcro is very nice and strong and the material is nice and durable. It helps with your posture and relieves muscle pain. I have terrible lower back problems, not only has this trimmed my waist down but it has helped with my back problems. If i did not want to trim my waist, i would honestly still wear it for my back. This is an AWESOME purchase! I received this at a discounted price for my honest opinion.
