This is a great piece. it id not heavy yet it is durable and sturdy. I WILL see how long it lasts and I WILL get another one.. cannot beat the price and it was delivered in 3 days event better!!

Works exactly as expected I don't use the belt clip so I suppose in the future I may go for one that is a bit smaller and only has the carabiner on top.

I am an assistant manager at a store and I really disliked the key her I was given. I love that I can clip this to my belt loop or onto my pants pocket.

I normally go through about one a month of the cheapo free ones on my job. I bought three a few months back and am still using the same one. I ended up giving one to my mom and she uses it to carry her work keys. Definitely strong and durable.

Clip is very secure & strong just make sure snap is secure when adding keys. Otherwise a great product. I would buy it again.

The only reason I bought this particular badge holder was because I like to clip it on my pants pocketinstead of using carbiner to clip it a belt loop. Well, first time I used it I went to slide the clip ontomy pocket and the clip broke off and fell in the snow and I lost it! Live and learn, you get what you pay for.

I bought 2 of these - 1 as a back up in case the first one breaks and thankfully so. The first ones recoiling mechanism broke after 2 days in the office. Counting parking garage and building/elevator access, I calculated using it 24 times.I've been in the field since so I use an arm pouch/ID holder. When I get back to the office environment I'll switch back to the second one and see if I can get thru one week.

I bought this as a replacement for one that I use every day for my badge at work! It lasted me for over a year before it caught on something and broke! I will be buying another one from them soon!

i loved it so much first day , its small cute , light weight , too bad it made from cheap plastic inside that broke after i was trying to see how long will it stretch , i didnt over pull i swear , it just broke :)

I've had this a few weeks and it's the best one I've owned. The tether seems sufficiently strong and the option to use the belt clip or carabiner is great!

The carabiner part broke off on the first day, but the secondary clip looks like it'll hold indefinitely. So, it's still doing its job better than my broken lanyard.**EDIT**The secondary clip held up, but the main functional plastic part completely fell apart within 2 months of purchase.

It's a bit heavy for hanging on a shirt pocket and the string broke after 4-5 months of relatively gentle use (it's not like I'm flossing with it...)

Item broke the very first time in use. Received my item and put my keycard and office key on the ring. When pulling the cord to scan my keycard (less than 24) the belt attachment flew apart scattering the caribiner and outside half of the assembly leaving me with the cord, winding and my keys in my hand! Very poor quality materials in what was a nice looking badge holder. I would give less than 1 star if it was possible.
