I got this to keep in my pocket every day. Whenever I do something that I really feel as if I cannot accomplish, click. If I banish a negative or self defeating thought or action, click. It is an inexpensive yet very valuable tool which helps keep me on track during tough bouts of depression and anxiety. Journaling my clicks and why I clicked in the first place is very beneficial for me.
