When I purchased this counter, I was sceptical because of its low cost. It works great, has a very solid feel, and is comfortable to hold. I shook it to see if anything was loose, and if would effect the count (it didn't). It passed the test, and my initi

The counter is a solidly built unit that accurately counts simple finger clicks. It fits comfortably in the hand and can be used while exercising. The reset knob works easily. The unit was shipped promptly and the entire transaction exceeded my expectations.

This is a good one! We had two neighbor-kids helping us pass out Halloween candy. They enjoyed using these counters to tally how much candy they gave away.

Bought several of these for the fisherpeople in the family. A hit with all of them!!! Specks are biting and they are plentiful. With a per person limit, this little tool keeps everyone on top of who is catching the most without exceeding his/her limit. Well made and easy to use!

Definitely a case of "You get what you pay for!" A really cheap tally-counter that began skipping numbers and became completely worthless within two weeks. The shipping fees are also excessive considering the cost of the item. Save your money... on both counts.

Got 5 of them. 2 of 4 broke after 3 hours during a pedestrian count!

I looked at several tally counters before finally choosing this one. Contrary to most reviews of tally counters - this one did not require batteries and is solidly constructed. But most importantly, I haven't had any issues with missed counts or extra counts that many other reviews complained of. If you can't accomplish the simple task of counting by 1 when it's your products soul purpose for existing you ought to get out of the game. This baby had no problems counting correctly as long as I remembered to push the button.

If the counter reading is "100" it maybe 80 only. Because the next numbr of 38 count be 49 and the next number of 49 could be 60. The next number of 589 is not 590, instead, it is 690.... Finally it is broken in 3 weeks.Don't buy it!

I had to contact Afata for the second time due to a defective tally counter. They immediately sent me a replacement--no questions asked--as they did with the first defective item. Thank you.

I ordered two and one of them kept skipping numbers. Customer service was great and they quickly sent a replacement. Eventually both started skipping numbers and are now unusable.

I was looking for a way to conveniently click my strokes on the golf course on the way to the green. (Ten handicappers don't have a need as do the 20 handicappers.) This was an excellent choice.

Do not purchase this item. I bought one in Feb 13 2009 and after useing it for about a hundred clicks the spring broke. I got in touch with the company at 1-781-583-7548, ATAFA at 101 First Street, Cambridge, MA. , and they would not replace the unit. If you order from them and the unit breaks your on your own.

Anyone working out on an indoor track will find a counter helpful. At 12 laps a mile, counting laps is difficult. Counting is easy; remembering how many laps I've done is hard. The Sportline counter fixes what my math teacher could not, allowing me to turn my mental energies toward my workout, or toward a conversation with my running partner.---Necessary on a Practical Level---I tried a system of using my fingers on my right hand to measure laps 1-5, then using my left hand to measure how many laps in groups of five. That is, two fingers on my left and three fingers on my right would equal 13 laps. It sounds easier to employ than it actually is.The Sportline counter has five worthwhile features:* It counts one per click, up to 9,999. I won't run more than that, so, for me, it is plenty.* The display is legible while running. The white digits are large, on a black background.* The size of the device is small enough to carry.* The finger loop fits nicely in my middle finger.* The reset dial quickly zeroes out the counter. The only two drawbacks are* The reset dial would be more comfortably located on the left, not the right side of the counter, or otherwise better engineered for right-handed users.* The weight is heavy. It is small, but can feel like baggage during a longer workout. The Sportline counter is sturdy, does as advertised, and serves well as a tool for anyone walking or running a lot of laps.Anthony Trendlhttp://runnersdilemma.blogspot.com

Ok so you definatly get what you pay for on this one. I have a job where keeping count is very strict. This counter jumps 10, 100 up to 1000. it if untrustworthy and un accurate.

This hand talley counter is just perfect for what I needed it for -knitting! Numbers are large enough for me to read easily. Large enough also so I don't lose it. Very happy I ordered it.

These clickers were very reasonably priced. I ordered five and one did not work. I thought they would be higher quality. I should have realized at the price that they were not. The five that worked I have been happy with.
