They start off very nice but don't really least past 5-8 laundry loads. Unlike the Underurmor that after 10 washes is still like new. Sure the Underurmor costs $8 but apparently it lasts at least 4 times as long. They also shrink and become far less fluffy after a wash. The wrist pads instead maintain very well. Curious and an indication that they are not made from same materials I suppose.

Since beginning a new workout routine, I have noticed an increase in perspiration. This band would probably be perfect for the exercises that I used to do, but with my increased intensity, it just isn't enough. Once it gets wet, it feels like it is very wet and if I move it around between exercises to wipe up excess moisture, it just can't do the job. However, it does wash beautifully and seem to be holding up nicely, so if you are a mild to moderate perspirer (is that a word?) then this should be a good choice, especially as the price is right!

I sweat a lot. Thinner sweatband than I like. Construction seems a little cheaper with a weak seam along the backside

The title says it all. This does get the job done but when I opened the package, there was already some string coming out of the band.

I bought 2 of these for my boyfriend who sweats profusely when exercising or working outside. The bands did help to an extent, however he said that wearing them almost made him hotter.

Some reviews said this head band was larger than most. I wear a 7 1/4 hat and the headband is too tight. It may be a little better than some but I could not stretched it out enough to be comfortable

Purchased this item based on reviews and price.The band measures roughly about 2" wide and less than 1/2" thick. The material is fairly soft but is a magnet for hair, lint, etc.The absorbent capability appears to be adequate.One subjective point, this is a purely individual issue and is more opinion than fact, but to me this headband does feel tight. You definitely know you are wearing it. This tension would indicate that it will stay in place during strenuous activity. The tightness is not quite uncomfortable but is close. I wear a 7-1/4.Update 06/10/13:Used it while doing some yard work and storage room repacking. The band absorbs sweat very well. During strenuous activity I had no sweat dripping down my head, while the band was saturated.The tightness I felt initially, I hardly noticed after a few minutes. The band stayed snug and did not shift.One thing I noticed. After finishing my work I removed the soaking wet band and laid it on the dresser and forgot about it. Over 24 hours later, I picked up the band and it was still soaked. There was hardly any evaporation drying at all, and this with a ceiling fan running.

I bought one of these sweatbands in royal blue and was very pleased with the color and the quality. It is thick, fits well, and the color is bright and true to what is shown in the photo. I liked it so much I ordered another one in pink. This one turned out to be the total opposite in every respect. It is very thin and so small it keeps popping off my head when I tried to wear it. Even the color is wrong. Instead of a bright vibrant pink, it is pale and washed out. I don't know how many other colors are poor quality, but I would advise against buying pink.

I always wondered about head bands and if they were really all they were made out to be. Turns out I sweat so much my sweat bands end up super soaked and the sweat eventually ends up in my eyes :P

I work out hard and for 2 hours at a time and SWEAT! These sweat bands are wonderful for soaking up sweat but I must say I was disappointed when I got them. They had that horrible chemical smell that anything made in China has. It's probably the bags they are packed in but it was very hard to wash out. I had to wash them 3 times to remove the smell. It was very toxic smelling. The manufacturer either should make these here, do a better job of quality control in China or wash them when they arrive before sending them out.

SAME COLOR AND TYPE LISTED CHEAP AND AFFORDABLE, TOOK FOREVER TO SHIP ALMOST 5 DAYS LATE FROM TIME EXPECTED I GUESS THEY MAKE THEM AS NEEDED

I bought these in various colors for a work event. They are very cheaply made and last about one use. Not for anything long term bit served purpose for the one event.

when I wash my face, otherwise I think my circulation would be cut off. .I don't think I have a big head, but this is rather snug. It serves it purpose however, but if I were exercising in this I think I'd have a headache!

It looks okay and feels ok - not much to write about it but the color is a little warmer than I thought and wanted a cooler purple color but this is violet not purple.

It's ok, it does its job. However, in the very first use, your forehead will end up black, full of small pieces of the Headband, until you wash it for the first time.

The headbands are great - thick, durable and they keept he sweat off my face, while keeping my hair back, without it looking like a pony tail. I have a larger head with thick hair, so they are a bit snug. If you have a huge head (i.e. barry bonds), they will definitely be tight on you.The only problem was the black was not actually black. It was a very dark blue, but stands out when I'm wearing all black.

Product is nice, I mean, it's a headband that stretches and fits on your head comfortably, it's not a coo-coo clock.The item came to me with a 4-day delay though, and wrote a seller feedback pointing this out. The seller immediately contacted me, asking to remove the comment, and in exchange, would give me a discount on my next purchase of 5%! LOL

NOT AMAZING!!! DOES NOT ABSURB SWEAT REALLY WELL AND WHEN YOU ARE WORKING OUT YOU DON'T WANT TO WIPE YOUR FORHEAD WITH SOMETHING THAT IS ALREADY SUPER WET. DIDN'T LIKE IT. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN.

Just a warning, the color of the Cambridge blue isn't exactly what is pictured. The received color is a lot darker. I was intending on using the band for a costume but it doesn't really work :/ but other than that it seems to be a good band. It fits my head well, which unusual due to my rather large head size. Hasn't shed so far. Good product, just not what I expected.
