The product is what I expected. It provides some support / restraint on the shoulder but not too much. It still allows movement but at least keeps me conscious about taking care. The wrap around the chest is comfortable enough although a little challenging to grab and velcro the ends by yourself when you have a damaged shoulder. If the back strap was longer and wrapped around towards the chest more (and the front strap shorter), then that might fix that issue and also be slightly more comfortable than having the velcro part under your armpit. The other velcro join around the bicep could do with having a little more room for adjustment as I imagine those folks with bigger biceps would struggle to do it up (or it would be too tight). But overall good value for money.
