Once I figure out how to put the strap on properly it is a piece of cake to use this item for my mat. Even my yoga instructor put the straps on wrong for me so you can see it is not intuitively obvious what direction the straps should go.

Was shipped and arrived very quickly with only standard delivery. Pretty standard strap. It works fine. Plastic and nylon which is sufficient. I would get another one.
