Included is one metric crap ton of chalk. Great for rock climbing, the best deal I've found. This will probably last me until I'm too feeble to rock climb.

Cheap and keeps my hands dry while lifting. It can breakup easily if you dont handle it gently, but even still it last forever.

I originally bought this to make my own liquid chalk for use at my gym (they only allow liquid chalk). I had no idea how much 1lb actually is, I don't know if I'll ever need to buy more lol.<br /><br />I've now picked up rock climbing and bouldering, and have taken some of the leftovers and ground it down for using during these activities; and I'm still only on the first block...

Great product. What can one say about chalk? It's white. It's chalky. It works. Buy this chalk and then go out there and lift heavy things and put them down again. I'm looking at you gym rats and Crossfitters! Lift, I say!
