Garden Pearls Calcium Carbonate for your garden, field, and pasture. Fine Calcium Carbonate will sweeten your acid soil fast. Pearled granules are easy to apply by hand or with your fertilizer spreader.
Garden Pearls Calcium is perfect for your garden. Gentle on plants, grass and vegetables and will not burn. Helps you grow vegetables and flowers at their optimum pH range (most are happy at pH 6.5). Increases botanical and biological soil diversity; corrects soil pH and reduces solubility of aluminum and other heavy metals. Saves money while keeping your soil fertile and plants healthy Helps release critical nutrients, making them available for your plants. Improves soil texture, water holding capacity, and aeration. Use in areas with moderate to heavy rainfall or if your garden and lawn is watered often. Use anytime during the year. Use to increase the pH level and fertility of your compost (compost pile or mulch).

Directions
Directions for use: Broadcast the pearls onto fallow ground with your hand or spreader at the recommended spreader rates for prilled limestone applications. Cultivate or rake (3") into the soil and water well. Established lawns benefit from annual light applications of Garden Pearls Calcium with your lawn spreader or by hand at about 25 lbs. per 2,000 sq. ft. Just let the rain or irrigation water dissolve the pearls. Use one to two handfuls for each established plant that has a natural high calcium requirement (Lilacs, Lavender, Budelias, Daphne, Iris, Hellebores, and many, many others). Do not use on Rhododendron, Azaleas, or Camellias.
