Purchased this fish finder/ chart plotter to replace another manufactures fish finder / chart plotter, installation was easy, setting up some of the features also easy and the instruction on setting up the fish finder / chart plotter was very understandable. Would recommend any person who is wanting to get a fish finder / chart plotter to get this manufacturers product!!!

Everything works great on this. Only issue I have is it's a bit laggy to me it seems like the refresh rate is like 30 fps so there is a bit of a delay. But it isn't really a huge dealbreaker. I've heard better things about the 106sv and it's only like a $100 more. Either way you still get a transducer so I'd say it's a win.

When I mounted this, the transom angle is in between notches on the position lock. So it was impossible to get it level. Either notch was causing cavitation. I cut up an Ikea cutting board and sanded it into a wedge. Now the transducer is riding level in the water. Not a perfect solution, but it worked. This is the only negative. The transducer is amazing once you get it mounted properly. The bottom maps it creates are incredible.

Only hard part of install was running the cable. Make sure you have the tools to run a cable thru the hollow walls. Used a Stern Saver for transducer mount, and it worked great. turned it on, it found sats instantly, and was easy to navigate to all sections and set up for what I wanted.
