Had a terrible grinding noise from failed bearings. 25 years will do that to an OEM pulley. This design is slightly different than what I had on my 99 Civic EX, but that's because the original style is no longer available. This one spins nice and quiet, and installation was pretty straight forward. It's the tensioner pulley for my AC belt. Noise is gone. Great value for a low-cost solution.

I installed this pulley on a 2004 Subaru Impreza outback sport, EJ25 motor. Perfect fit. I used it to replace the defective AC tensioner pulley, do not forget to pop out the bolt from the old pulley before you throw it out. Super easy install

So I had a squeaky belt or pulley. I did some research and found out this was the most likely culprit. I ordered this and was delivered pretty quick. So the whole process of me taking the old pulley off and putting the new pulley on took 20 minutes. And I'm glad I did buy this, the old parts had some cracked plastic. After installing this part the squeaking went away. So I knew that this was the squeaking noise. The fit was very good, just like the original. The pulley is smooth as silk, the engine now runs very well without the noise so I'm really happy.

Great replacement for those needing one on a 93-07 Impreza. May fit others, but it fits my 98 RS as well as my 04 WRX and STi. Simply unbolt from the A/C tensioner bracket and bolt this one up.
