I don't give many 5 star reviews. But literally, the best quality wrenches I have ever purchased. The trucks ask 300-400 for this set. Getting them for around 120 is not only a steal but a slap in the face to the tool guys. Not all Rapest drive vans, some are in those big tool trucks:p

These wrenches are wonderful! Nice finish, smooth and fine ratcheting box. I really like the length and the double box configuration a lot.

A big reason I picked up this set was because I needed some double offset wrenches to get to the bolts that fasten pulleys. (The bolt is usually at or below the level of the bowl of the pulley, so a traditional flat box wrench won't work, and I'm working in areas where there's no room to shove in a socket.) The problem with typical double offset wrenches is that 1) GearWrench doesn't make any (and I've standardized on GearWrench tools for my home garage) and 2) the offset head can be too large to fit into the bowl of a small pulley. The box end on this set, however, looked like it might do the job, since they've put a deeper head on it. I just wasn't sure if it was deep enough to get to the bolt heads. Well, they showed up today, and I've used 4 of the wrenches in the set already, and they are awesome, and yes, they grab pulley bolts just fine. One more hassle in life solved with the right tool. (And yeah, they're great for all the reasons everyone else has mentioned, too.)

The extra leverage also made cracking those super rusted bolts loose a breeze

I am really starting to grow partial to GearWrench products and this wrench set is yet another example why. These wrenches look and perform great and there simply isn't anything about them that feels cheap or flimsy in any way. Originally I was a little unsure about buying a set of these without a 6 point box end but those fears went away after the first use. I was breaking loose the fasteners on my 17 year old rusted up exhaust and I managed to break them all loose without stripping a singe nut. And believe me when I say they were on there tight! So if you are in the market for a set of quality reasonably priced box end wrenches give these a try...

Best set of wrenches I ever owned. I previously purchased the GearWrench 12 piece Metrix X-Beam Flex Head Ratcheting Wrench Set and while those are great wrenches, I found myself having to keep the flex head in place with a spare hand. The Flexes are now my specialty wrench and these are my go-to ones. I wish I bought these first.

It has a thin profile around the ratchet and box end which I like. But the handles edges is a not rounded enough and feels like it digs into your hand if your torquing down on a bolt. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating

You will barely use any other tools in your arsenal cause these wrenches are so versatile with the extra length added for leverage, it'll blow your mind on how many applications these tools can provide! These wrenches come in handy when you need them! I don't use them on a daily basis, but I use them on certain jobs and they do the job exactly as I need them too
