I am able to wear these with any closed toe shoes. (Which you cannot do with some other bunion products because they can be seen). At first it was a little awkward but I've gotten used to them and I do feel a relief at the end of the day. My only issue is that I purchased the "medium" size. Since my bunions are not very severe I probably should have purchased the "large" size. I recommend this to someone looking for slight relief during the day.
