I spent 8 years so far growing coffee and fruit trees in Costa Rica. On a budget I ran this polytube all over my farm underground. The secret to being able to use it with 80psi or less (house pressure) is the buy a stick of 1/2 CPVC and cut that into 2 pieces then use those pieces for unions and to adapt to the supply faucets, timers etc. First, put a little pvc glue around the end to be joind then quickly light it on fire. Wait about 5 seconds then blow it out then press the 2 cpvc with glue on it into the softened poly tube. You can also tighter twisted wire around that if you want a very secure connection. It will never leak. Only thing is the moles can chew a hole into it so don't burry it too deep. 8 Years and still working great under 80psi.

Updating my drip system. Old one is 20 years old with lots of patching and animal chews. These appear to be proper replacements with good thickness and correct size.

Will not work with half inch compression fittings! Smaller than half inch!

I used this product two ways --- as a sprinkler system in my garden and I use it for my boat dock--- I put a 3/8 diameter rope inside and this keeps the rope from wearing--- the life of the rope is several times longer.

This is a standard mainline pipe at a great price. I'm running 100' initially. Get it warm in the sun and it will lay flat. I use 6 staples and will cover it in bark. Note: you will need to use raindrip fittings. DIG fittings won't work. Too loose. Go by the OD listed.

I run this tubing along the rows of my garden. Then I install 3 gph drip inserts about every foot along the tubing. I like the higher flow inserts because it does not take long to water my garden. The tubing is very sturdy and easy to use. Make sure you leave it in the sun for a while to soften it up so it is easier to unroll and form to the correct shape.

hard plastic, should have gotten a softer variant of hose.Works perfectly for the task, just hurts to put on by hand.

This is not 1/2 inch tubing as they claim it is. It did not fit the 1/2 inch adaptor of my drip system. This was even more upsetting because I had already distributed my tubing in my garden all to find out it doesn't hook up to my hose 3/4 inch to 1/2 inch adaptor. It kept shooting out because it was too lose. Right now I'm making it work with 1/2 inch barbed coupling connected to this tubing and a true sized 1/2 inch pvc tubing covered over by electric tape. It's a minor fix since it does drip some. But eventually I have to get a different adaptor if they even make it for that size or new tubing. Buyer beware.

This product was not the size it was advertised as. Smaller in diameter than stated. Beware of this supplier!!!

The perfect underground irrigation tubing. It easy to work with, and can withstand higher water pressure. Could also be used as water supply line to drip irrigation systems. Highly recommended.

I received the hose and measured the ID and the OD. It is exactly as described...1/2 inch INSIDE DIAMETER and .600 OUTSIDE DIAMETER. I don't understand the negative feedback...the seller described it perfectly 4 times in the description?

This hose is a bit smaller than other hose. Even at the big name store, you get more hose. Well, at least in diameter. This is too new to review for durability. The connection will be very tight and it may kink if you force it. You will have no other choice, but to force it. Not easy to work with. It does work and you will have to work on it for it to work.

Either a mistake or the wrong product. Either way it doesn't fit US standard 1/2 irrigation fittings. Do not waste your time or money. This stuff wont work with any of your existing fittings

Not much to say other than this is heavy duty tubing so it's a great price per foot also very flexible. Drip adapters and valves didn't leak when I used this product.

So if your thinking of using this to hold up netting in your garden or on a raised garden bed think twice. It’s not very strong and since I put it up using bracing of bamboo sticks it’s needed to be readjusted multiple times. Should have gone with pvc piping instead. However nonetheless this is descent quality poly tubing and is priced nicely as well. There’s no cracks or defects in this tubing.
