Either a mistake or the wrong product. Either way it doesn't fit US standard 1/2 irrigation fittings. Do not waste your time or money. This stuff wont work with any of your existing fittings

So if your thinking of using this to hold up netting in your garden or on a raised garden bed think twice. It’s not very strong and since I put it up using bracing of bamboo sticks it’s needed to be readjusted multiple times. Should have gone with pvc piping instead. However nonetheless this is descent quality poly tubing and is priced nicely as well. There’s no cracks or defects in this tubing.

I got this hose (500 foot 1/2 with OD of 0.620) to correct a garden watering system that I put together incorrectly. Previously it was using full 1/4 all around and nearly nothing was working as the garden run was the same feed as one that goes up onto the front porch to water hanging baskets and fill a bird bath.I tested this by running this tube maybe 40 or 50 feet, and used a number of fittings by La Farah. These 1/2 fittings (tested elbows, 1x 1/4 Tee, 4x 1/4 Tee) with 27 sprinkler heads and 7 drippers, and it all worked wonderfully. This was connected to a 2 way splitter on the sillcock, then a 25 PSI regulator, then a raindrip timer box into a 1/2 fitting. Everything worked wonderfully, better than I expected. The only suggestion I can give is try to keep 1/4 endpoints to NO MORE than 1 or 2 to a 1/4 Tee. The exception is the drippers, which I have 5x 1/4 - 1 GPH drippers and 15 feet of elevation and 50 feet of length without issues.I look forward to getting this installed for automated garden irrigation.

The main thing to know, is that the inner diameter of this is 0.52 inches, but most other supply line I have is 0.54 to .6 ID. That little extra is the difference between being able to insert a connector in cold weather without a heat gun, or not. I can actually insert this raindrip tubing inside the rainbird version.Generally, you're only making a few connections then running smaller feeder lines, so the impact is only the first time you're laying out a new run. It'll still get water from A to B, but I'll probably spend the extra for another brand next time. Making connections with this in tight spaces is virtually impossible.

This tubing does not work with standard drip irrigation systems attachments. It's too small and compression fittings are too large and water pours out. No returns??!!

Bought a kit with the emitters and tubing and wanted to expand it. Should have just bought the same kit again.Had to make some adjustments by going to my hardware store to make this work with my 1/4 or 3/8 inch soft tubing. Got it sorted but be sure this is the tubing you need.

This 1/2 inch tubing is not the same size as my current 1/2 inch tubing, it is larger in internal diameter and therefore the barb connectors do not work without an additional clamp.

.50 is equal to 1/2 inch with this tubing you will have th heat the end before slipping it on a fitting

Easy to Insta!l as long as you are very strong. Dip ends in very warm water to make it easier to push onto connecting parts. Would recommend.

It worked for me. It fits the parts for theMIXC 226FT Greenhouse Micro Drip Irrigation Kit Because I needed more line and also fit the 1/2 raindrop accessory parts I had bought. It's a harder tubing, than I got with my kit and just wish it was a bit more pliable. Might need to use some corner pieces bought separately. Just make sure those are rain it's brand
