My favorite beanie it seems to be giant at first but after you wash it it shrinks a lot to be a perfect sized beanie for the price you can't beat it

I have an average size men's head and this fits well. Not too tight, and not loose, either. The material is soft and stretchy. I would recommend it.

Nice look, light weight, well made. Because it is wool it is itchy on fore head, if wool iritates your skin, get a cap made from different material.

This beanie is thick and warm. It's right on my big head but it has good stretch. It's pretty rough material but that's exactly what I was expecting. I like it.

Works well but this is not the same style used by the military. The military one is shorter and doesn't fold as much. This is almost as thick as a toboggan.

I've purchased 2 Wigwam's at over $16 and they are good. This one is slightly lighter which is perfect for the bitter cold of winter in Southern California (40 degrees). When I revisit Minneapolis in the winter I will wear the heavier Wigwam. I've survived in CA for 25 years without going to winter land once.Bottom line, the Rothco is my go too and the Wigwam's are my go someday whilst they languish in mothballs. Highly recommend the Rothco!
