Works best for use below the shoulder length. When I try to clean above the shoulder it's hard to keep it still because it swivels back and forth.

Bought this cleaning pad holder because of another review stating that it fit his Unger extension pole. Well, it fits that one (which we own) as well as our other, standard-sized-fitting extension poles. Also, from that same review's recommendation, I bought a pile of the microfiber mop pads from Dollar Tree and the height is perfect.....and though the length is 1 extra on each side, the price was right.

Purchased this to remove wallpaper paste. I really used it hard, and it worked well. I used the heavy-duty brown scrub pads with it. They stick right to the pad holder, and it attaches to my paint pole by screwing it in. It's plastic so it's not going to take a lot of abuse but for general scrubbing it did well.Overall: works wells, seems to be holding up just fine. I would purchase this item again...

I needed a replacement for my name brand spray mop whose sprayer never lasts and one that took up less space. This is almost perfect and perfect enough for me to give it 5 stars especially at this price. I think I might prefer some industrial Velcro hook tape to the plastic hook-like bottom but it does work and so far the hooks haven't come through the mop pad. I'll update this later if it doesn't work in the long term. The pictures show the hooks as well as the fit of both the name brand (12x5 in) and the dollar store (11.25x4.5 in) pads. I also checked the fit of not just a screw in mop handle but my heavy duty paint roller pole and my telescoping extension pole and they all fit so you can use it to wash or dust things up high. As an FYI, the head moves 180 degrees in the front-to-back and side-to-side directions but it does not swivel which I prefer. I've decided I like it enough to order a second one just to keep on hand since it took forever to find this one.
