These puffs have a nice flavor and the fig sweetens them without adding much more sugar than most similar products. My daughter seems to especially like these puffs.

My baby is 7 months now, and I just started giving her solid food, these puffs are the good choice for her, taste so yummy, melt in her mouth in seconds, I don’t worry she would get choked. My other bigger kids still in love with these puffs, they always steal them lol.
