I ordered to wear around the house as pajamas, I wanted mens so it would be a little bigger. The medium fits perfect, not snug but not loose so I will order up next time. Long on the torso (I have a short torso) but not baggy enough to pass hips which is fine. (For ref. I am 5'4" roughly 180lbs)

I usually avoid long sleeves since most are short in the arms. These shirts fit just right. I'm 6'0" 175 pounds with long arms. Usually if I get a large the shirt is the right length in the arms but is too big in the body. If I get a medium the body just right but the arms are too short. I got a large in these shirts and they fit just right in the body and the arms.

Cuff stitching looks bunched up and cuff seam on one of the shirts came half undone after one washing. Length of the shirt is a bit short too. Not a very good quality shirt.
