This shirt was what I was looking for with regard to the weight of the fabric and the quality construction but the picture looked like a dark red and it's actually a bright red. I don't wear them much because of it.

Gilman always uses a rougher feeling material. I like that these shirts are cotton and I really like the Carolina blue color. I like the cuffs on the sleeves. I had to go with a large because the medium was too small around the waist on me - 5'6" 142 lbs. I have a sewing machine so I can fix the hem no problem. Should not have raveled on the first wash and dry.

I needed some bigger long-sleeved shirts for winter temperatures, and these fit rather well, with the exception of the length. I'm aware this isn't in the tall section, but do bear that in mind if considering buying this.

In the picture you can see poor stitching it's not even Safety green. More like florescent yellow smh It will end up costing me more to return them, then they actually cost me! Not very happy!!
