Mission: To provide a broad range of high quality health care and recovery support services in the home and community to improve mental health, physical well -being, independence and community integration for the individuals we serve.

Programs: Residential services: licensed group homes for adults and adolescents. The homes provide a highly structured environment focusing on rehabilitation and recovery care which provide 24 hour on-site staffing in a home-like setting.

community services: supervised and supported apartments, assertive community treatment, case management, outpatient psychotherapy and medication management, social and vocational rehabilitation. All of which create a continuum of community based services designed to provide individuals support while living in the community. The care can range from multiple daily contacts to contact as needed.
