Wow, these are polarizing! My dad and I hate them, but my mom and my husband love them. It's my husband who has mainly been eating them, though. He likes the super lightweight texture, and says they almost melt onto his tongue. They are super thin and nearly translucent, so I can understand that. Personally, though, I can't get past the taste, which is very fishy. I do appreciate that these are vegan and gluten-free, and they would be great for a keto diet, too. My husband has been eating these in place of his usual mid-afternoon snack of potato chips, and I like that these are a little bit better for him than traditional salty snacks. They're too thin to be very crunchy like chips, but they do satisfy that craving. Funnily enough, he usually hates white cheddar flavor in anything else, but he doesn't mind it here. I think that, if you like sushi or other seafood, there's a good chance you'll like these. But if you find a fishy flavor off-putting, just skip 'em. They're probably not your thing.
