Love having this. I'm starting my own ginger ale and adding this to my kombucha. Of course you can also do with it like ginger without the grating.

I have used this before. It is a great and convenient way to get ginger into your body. I add it to my pint of water once daily, in the summer maybe twice. It doesn't take much to get the ginger zing.

I swear by this product and always keep loads on hand for cooking! It works perfectly with Asian foods and Indian Foods, etc. So glad that Azure carries it!
