A little sweet for my liking. Not very strong ginger taste. Would prefer stronger ginger taste.

I bought this for the first time. I never even looked at the ingredients, which is unusual for me. I was super excited to get it but my first bite was surprising at how sweet it was. It is not my preference. I regularly buy this brand but will pass on the pickled ginger.
