Mission: Join us in helping to make the world a better place one workout at a time! We are a non-profit in which we give back to the community and to ourselves through fitness. We hold workout events one Sunday a month and pair it with donations for different charities to align with our giving back mission. With the pandemic, many have struggled or are still struggling mentally, physically, and financially, so we wanted to do our part and found a unique way to help. With the more support we get, we are hopeful to reach out to the community with our mission to promote fitness as well as donate to those in need. Starting the non-profit was a simple reason for us: We want to inspire others to do better and spread positivity. We typically start with a HIIT session (High Intensity Interval Training) then cool down with some relaxing Yoga. It's a no stress workout - we will provide different modifications for each workout to accommodate everyone's fitness level. The most important thing is to have fun and feel good (and do good) while exercising!

Results: From our first event in August 2020, so far we were able to donate non-perishables to The West Side Community Fridge, clothes to American Red Cross through Green Drop, blessing bags to St. Lucy’s Shelter, canned goods to The Bayonne Economic Opportunity Foundation, cooked dinner/ donate clothes to The Hoboken Shelter, writing utensils and notebooks to Hope House, board games to St. Ann’s PeaceCare, personal hygiene products to Black Men United, and reading books to My Little Library.
