Product Description
Mama's scones are incredibly delicious, easy to make, a perfect treat to have with guests or just a cup of tea. All you need is cream and your favorite fruit or nuts.
Recipes are included for Cranberry Orange, Blueberry Almond, and Lemon Poppy Seed scones; more recipes are available in Mama's Cookbook In the Kitchen with Gluten Free Mama.
When Mama knows she's having guests over, she tosses in a quick batch of scones in the oven and then gets ready while they are baking. When guests arrive, the house smells amazing and her guests are treated to an amazing dessert. They will think you worked really hard, our secret that it was easy as can be.
These can be made with a dairy free milk or coconut cream, they just won't be as rich as traditional scones.
Made in a facility that also produces with tree nuts. Facility has an allergy control plan in place and the possibility of contact with allergenic ingredients is controlled.

Because I did not have all of the ingredients I decided to substitute. Then because I was in a hurry I read the directions wrong. Between finagling with the substitution and mixing up the directions I was sure that this would not turn out. On the contrary. It turned out beautifully. It tastes good, it freezes well, and it's easy! Even those who are not gluten intolerant loved it and would sneak extra pieces!
