They are thicker than the dollar store in Martini glasses I got three years ago or so. They are more like less than Crystal. I don't think the other ones were made in China as these are

These are great for Martinis because of the short, stocky stem. Great for someone with low vision like me so you don't knock them over ! Realistically, they hold about 4.5oz.s of drink, 6oz.s to the brim. And BTW - These are NOT crystal, they are cut glass. They are still VERY nice and VERY functional. I would purchase them again.

My problem with a traditional martini glass is that I can't recline in my chair and sip my drink because the glass is tall. These glasses have a shorter stem and they feel reel sturdy. The design also matches my old fashioned glasses.
