very nice and goes with almost all décor. Like the knob on top to lift cover off butter. No more fumbling with slick covers.

My brother got married asked for cash instead of fancy butter dishes or crystal bowls no one ever uses. So I thought a crystal butter dish would be hilarious.<br />This was a great dish with a nice low price as little gag gift.<br />The dish is large (I personally think the best butter dishes are roomy enough to fit most sitcks with out the lid hitting them), pretty, and has a nice weight to it.

Nice heavy butter dish protects our butter from flies and our gluttonous cat. My husband says it's so fancy, it looks like it belongs on Downton Abbey! The surfaces on the inside are smooth and easy to clean. The knob on the lid allows for easy opening and closing. Does just fine in the top rack of our dishwasher.

We were just in Ireland and this butter dish would sell for 5 times more there. It is quite heavy and beautiful; the crystal is sparkly. It is quite big and the butter won't rub off on the sides or top. Now if we could just quit dropping our butter dish!

Beautiful dish and perfect for the sticks of butter. The handle on the top is great. I have RA and this helps me in gripping it when removing. Very pleased with this item and would definitely buy again.

This is the second one I purchased like this--have one in Florida and one in Michigan--love the handle on the top so it doesn't slip out of my hand if it get greasy.
