Easily the best Tamari I've ever had. It's a shame it isn't lower in sodium, but my diet is so low in salt anyway it doesn't really matter.

Traditionally fermented and tastes so much better than the usual soy sauce. Super flavorful and less salty. The shoyu from the same brand is also amazing but when it's outbof stock we get this.
