Alright, I'll start with the fact that I was a LITTLE skeptical that flavored coconut oil was going to make popcorn that my very picky family would appreciate. My goal was to make popcorn that was better than they had in the theater - I know...some of you may think that is a low bar, but to my family, they love the theater popcorn for whatever reason. We have a home theater, so the only thing missing was the quality popcorn.This my friends does the trick. I use a spoonful in my Cuisinart EasyPop popcorn maker. I melt some in drizzle and toss after its done. Sprinkle some Flavacol salt (careful, this stuff is potent) and I hear nothing but compliments from everyone. So - yes, I would highly recommend, and it lasts a while. I'm hoping it is maybe heathier than adding a comparable amount of butter? Not a dietician, so not sure, but I feel heathier!
