I bought this to go with my newly purchased popcorn machine and it worked great! It gave the popcorn a buttery look and taste! My only regret is that I wish it were organic!

The butter flavor in this oil is so subtle that it may as well not be there at all. And the deep, thin shape of the jar makes it difficult to scoop any out when it gets lower than about half. But it does great for popping and coloring your popcorn. I'm going back to unflavored, uncolored coconut oil from costco and some of the butter flavored popcorn salt.

Just at Flavoral to this with popcorn and you get movie theater popcorn! Sells great at the middle school dances, kids love it.

The mixture of this product with Flavacol and Orville Redenbachers popping corn is the best popcorn I've ever had. This product will definitely give your popcorn the movie theater taste. Would recommend to everyone. The only down side, which is NOT a problem but put 4 stars because it might be for someone else, and a that you have to scoop it out with a spoon and add it to the measuring cup.

Honestly I only ever went to the movie theater to get popcorn and this is actually better than movie theater popcorn! 3 heaping tablespoons in a whirley pop with 1/2 teaspoon of flavacol popcorn salt and 1/3 cup of popcorn kernels and you'll be staying home too!! I hope this product stays around forever!

There are two main ingredients for movie style popcorn (they way it used to be made). One is Flavacol and the other is Coconut oil. This product fits the bill. While it may have other uses, I use it only to pop the best homemade popcorn. Don't be surprised at how it changes consistency. Depending on the temperature the product will be solid or liquid. I don't find it affects taste or quality either way.

Flavor ok, pops corn ok. I just don't like digging in a jar to get proper serving with a spoon, etc. I would really like it if it were in square butter style containers (so no measuring needed).

This is the best product for popcorn machines. It makes your popcorn taste like the movie theater! We use in our table top popcorn machine. Get the Flavocal seasoning and this product and you will feel like you're at the movies!

This adds a great buttery flavor to the popcorn, no coconut flavor for anyone wondering. It must also have a great cooking temperature because almost all kernels pop. I give it a medium start stirring a lot and turn it higher once it's really hot sand everything pops fast.

I'm just going to say upfront I am kind of a popcorn snob so my opinion might differ from others. I typically make my popcorn with coconut oil and butter and sea salt. I am not a fan of the artificial butter flavor in this coconut oil. It just tastes fake to me. I will keep using it until its gone but will likely not buy it again. I was curious to what it tasted like so now I know.
