Makes great movie theater popcorn. It's very hard though. I have to break it up with a knife before measuring. Not a big deal but when you wanna start a movie it's a bit of a process. I do wish they would make a version without the coloring. I don't need my popcorn to be super yellow, I just want it to taste great. All together it's a good product and is one of the ingredients you'll need if you're striving for that specific popcorn.

Does what it is supposed to do. My one gripe would be the size of the jar opening is way too small. I prefer a wide mouthed jar for coconut oil.

I have used this product before and just got a new supply. This jar, the safety seal was not attached, and the oil got onto the side of the jar. Notified the seller for a replacement. Other than that good product.

This stuff is fantastic. I add extra to the popcorn popper than recommended for the amount of popcorn. It beautifully coats the popcorn with the buttery yellow flavoring. It's wonderful when it's hot popped, but even better it's wonderful after sitting overnight. Even cold popcorn is a great snack with this buttery flavored coconut oil. Don't know why I waited decades to try this. You'll be delighted with the flavor.

When my first daughter was a baby I had to cut out dairy while nursing her. No big deal, I survived. The only problem? I'm a huge popcorn fan. We read reviews and stumbled upon coconut oil as a solution. Now she's almost 3 and we still keep this on hand as our favorite popcorn topping. This brand has been the most affordable and the most comparable to movie theater popcorn flavor. I'd recommend it to anyone who loves the popcorn more than the theater experience. Combine it with some flavacol salt and you'll have the perfect popcorn every time. Trust me.

Several decades ago wife and I were at a small county fair in Minnesota. We bought a bag of popcorn from the vendor and wow. best popcorn we ever ate in my life. The vendor told me the secret was coconut butter.Went out and bought a jar and you bet it made the popcorn delicious compared to regular oil or butter.Now the bad. I learned later cocunut butter can be a heart attack waiting to happen and is a no no for anyone like me with high cholesteral. Fair warning read the lables. Just like reading the lable of red twist licorice, cant touch one stick of it, its a killer.

I have been using this when making bread. It does give the bread a yellow colow but who cares. Word of warning if baking with this oil, it seems to be a little thicker than regular coconut cooking oil so less seems to be needed. The bread recipe I use calls for 2 table spoons and I use a little more than 1.Great product

This is the only one I'll buy. It makes amazing popcorn (don't forget your flavacol). My household is full of movie popcorn junkies, who are very particular about flavor. This perfectly replicates high quality [movie] popcorn. Don't be scared of the price. You get a decent amount of movie trips per jar, so the money you save more than makes up for it. In an age where you can stream just about every show or movie, this is a game changer.

I have been hesitant to use the flavored yellow colored coconut oil. I am glad i tried this. I always use flavacol and that combo is great and i will eat this a lot. If you want something over the top i tried it with some high quality 84 milkfat unsalted butter, this i can do on rare occasion. This was over the top Awesomeness!
