I have been searching and trying different coconut oils for my Popcorn machine. A combination of Great Northern popcorn kernels, Flavacol seasoning and Golden Barrel Butter flavored coconut oil is thee best!I will be purchasing more.

This is like what I remember the old popcorn machines cranking out. A golden, butter-flavored crispy popcorn. It's different than using liquid oils; not as greasy or oily.

I used to work at several different theaters when I was younger and this is exactly what we used. We always had to get in to work early and first thing to plug in the butter machine for it to melt. It smells and tastes exactly what we used to use. It does not taste like coconut it tastes just like the popcorn you get in the theater and the flavorcal salt sticks to it better than regular salt and adds more buttery flavor. I just scoop up the solid oil in a tablespoon and put it in the stir crazy and it works perfect. The salt I add half as much as what it says on the package because it is very salty. Best tasting popcorn I have ever made will be sticking to this recipe for the rest of my life.

I really like this product but regular coconut oil is not too expensive. I bought this due to a review I read pertaining the whirlybird pop popcorn maker. It is very good but I think I can achieve the same results with coconut oil and butter flavor season. To avoid the high price. It does not leave a buttery flavor on the popcorn. You still need to add that if that is what you want in flavor.

From the very first use, this smells and TASTES JUST LKE YOU'RE AT THE THEATER! Got a vintage popcorn machine for my sweetheart for Christmas and tried this product based on the reviews. It's the real deal! Smells and tastes amazing.

Bought these items, including the butter flavor coconut oil, as a Christmas gift bundle for my boyfriend, who eats a bag of popcorn nearly every night. We made our first batches tonight. And wow. Won't be going back to bags again so good and easy!

I don't have to go to the movies anymore for the movies theater popcorn. Pop some of this in a pan and cook and shake away. Then pop some kinda flavor and salt on it. Lol.
