I work in a busy funeral home. Stress is unavoidable. I can take one or two most days and it helps me. I have taken 3-4 on very stressful days. I have recommended these to coworkers too. I never want to run out so I subscribed to two bottles every few months. I don't drink to relax. May have a hybrid gummy for bedtime. But other than that, no medication for stress amp; wellbeing. These help me. Hope they help you too.

Decided to give these a try. I am very happy with them. As a 51 yr young women in menopause, these worked for me. I take 2 in the morning on an empty stomach. I was very angry 2 weeks out of the month and these seamed to really lesson that a ton! I have now since referred a few friends to try these and they love them. Great price. No taste. Pills a little large but easy to swallow. I noticed a change about 1 week into taking these. Give them a try.

This is a great Ashwhaghanda. I feel calmer more peaceful when using it. I sleep better at night. These are regular sized capsules. They don't taste unless you break them open which o wouldn't suggest.

The product works! My anxiety levels were through the roof before taking this product and it has helped level me out. The only thing I would be cautious about is that I believe the product has screwed up with my menstrual cycle. I have had a regular period for over 20 years and I am not pregnant. Maca root extract can potentially do that. Do your research on the ingredients before you buy to make sure it works for your body.

This is an amazing product that my doctor recommended me take as I suffer from pretty severe anxiety. It doesn't taste the best, but it works just about instantly and keeps me clam all day. I can definitely feel the difference when I take these versus on the days I forget. If you are someone who is regularly overstimulated, anxious, or stressed - this is a great product to just try and see if it helps.

This product has been the single most effective thing I have found at managing my anxiety and stress. For anxiety, it took away all of my physical symptoms limiting my anxiety to just thoughts that could be easily dealt with. For stress, I was able to comfortably handle and manage stressful situations at a noticeable difference. I really noticed this in the rock climbing gym. Highly recommend! Go slow to work up to your desired dose of pills to make sure you have no unwanted side effects. I take 2 daily normally with food, and it has been nothing short of life changing! My practitioner said I could go up to 4 daily if I feel the need to sustain more energy throughout the day.

I've only been on it a week so I don't know how well it works for me. But it's recommended to help me in a natural way where traditional medicine can't. I'm hoping to see some benefits in a month. I'll update later if I see any results. But they have a very gritty dirt taste to them. It causes me to gag every time I take it. Along with other vitamins I take to go along with it, it's difficult to take for me.

Sadly this product was not for me. I tried it for several weeks and the only thing I noticed was being extremely tired. I also feel it messed up my hormones and cycle more and though it says to take 2-4 a day. I only took 2 and that was enough to see the difference it made on me was not what I was hoping for when purchasing. Hope it has a better effect on others. Just wasn't for me.

I bought this for my husband and I after some investigation into natural mental health support. We've been burning at both ends for quite some time and overall have had a VERY trying to start to this year. After he confided in me how burnt out he felt/apathetic I figured we had nothing to lose but lots to gain. I take 1 capsule in the morning and he takes 2. We both feel like DIFFERENT PEOPLE! The control I have over my emotions is improved, I've been able to focus like never before and even the way we communicate has been impacted in a positive way: not to mention our moods have greatly improved for the better. I can't believe we went so long without this supplement, never again!

I was told about this by someone who sells it at their wellness center years ago when I had some adrenal fatigue issues and I feel like it works great for me. It is subtle but I notice a difference in my energy. Less tiredness and feeling like I need a nap. I take them religiously for this reason.
