Eye chart is made from sturdy plastic and is perfect size for whitecoat pocket or bookmark for pocket size reference text. Letters/Numbers feel printed on top so it is possible they might scratch/rub off over time. Overall great for quick eye exam in a community setting.

This is an excellent mini eye chart very similar to one I saw at my eye doctor's office.Especially good for checking near vision for folks over 40 and verifying reading and/or progressive/bifocal glasses near power.

Failed in correct functioning fonts will not neet industry standards. Wierd varying thickness on font. Are we using real American fonts that can be recognized by our patients? I could not truly evaluate NVA using this to care for patients vision care. Fonts were not accurate size either. I returned this item.
