Mission: Provides housing to low income elderly individuals, which is subsidized by hud section 8 rental assistance payments.

Programs: Provides housing to low income elderly persons under section 811 of the national housing act under an agreement with the department of housing and urban development. 41 units are available for occupancy and 40 units were occupied for the entire year.
