This is a beautiful and sturdy set of flatware! Great quality for the price. We have not have issues with rust that were previously mentioned in reviews. The knives are very sharp for butter knives! Great purchase!!!

Contrary to some comments about rusting, I've had this set for approximately 5 months. NO rusting. Following the manufacturers care instructions do work, maybe adding pictures of the process would help the people who can't read.....Lol.

As other reviews stated, while the cutlery looks great, it just isn't holding up to daily use. The knives are susceptible to marks that look like rust, and they scratch quite easily with normal use.

The knives do not do well in the dishwasher. The finish seems to have come off and they have rust spots. It doesn't matter how soon I take them out and dry them off, they come out with rusty areas. The other utensils do not have this issue and otherwise I do love them. This is actually the second order placed. I got a set for a vacation home and loved them, so ordered them again for home. I'm disappointed this time.
